Hi, I'm Annie Shan, a high school junior at BASIS Independent Brooklyn. As someone enthusiastic about interdisciplinary education, I always hope to inspire younger students in various STEM fields through innovative curricula. My personal experience in diverse and contrasting school systems also led me to critically rethink about education--what it means and how I can make it more constructive and engaging. Therefore, I founded Mindset Math and joined the teaching squad. In my free time, I enjoy crocheting and baking!
Hey! I am Rebecca Yin, a junior at Woodward Academy (Atlanta, GA). I am the co-founder and instructor for workshops of Mindset Math. I am passionate to assist with children's education, especially in STEM subjects, as I found a way to excel. I would also like to bring these approaches to 4th to 8th graders across the United States to eliminate math anxiety. Because math is fun! I'm also interested in climate change solutions and public awareness.
