Kelly Wu

Hi! I’m Kelly, a junior at Pleasant Valley High School in Bettendorf, Iowa. I am passionate about promoting STEM for all - especially math. Having volunteered at various STEM events, I found that events often neglected math in favor of tech and science. Often, kids are discouraged from doing math before they even get a chance to dig deeper into the topic. As someone whose favorite subject is math, I would love to teach kids that math can be exciting!

- Fun fact: I have a major sweet tooth and once ate 4 cones of ice cream in a row.
