Problem

The diagram below shows a target board, with scores marked for hitting certain areas. To get exactly 100 points, which areas should you hit? Please specify the areas and the number of times.


Analysis

This is a summation problem. If you hit each area once, the sum of the six numbers is clearly greater than 100. Therefore, you might consider hitting only a few areas or hitting the same area multiple times. With this idea in mind, we can systematically think about hitting only one area, hitting only two areas, hitting only three areas... and so on.
