Justin Yoo

My name is Justin Yoo and I am a rising senior in the Orange County area. I like to play basketball, golf, and I love to hangout with my friends. Outside of school, I am passionate about teaching other people. Whether it be through my disabled basketball athlete volunteer/coaching, Boys and Girls club, I enjoy teaching younger students anything. In the past, I used to despise math because I felt it was a pointless subject. One project in my high school classes helped me switch this perspective and helped me understand that math can be learned in fun ways and it also helped me understand that math is applied everywhere! I hope to help other students learn to love math. I am planning to major in Applied Math or Engineering.
